My Protein Bar Journey
In 2019, I started doing keto and in short time I realized the benefit of protein bars in the diet. For months, I ate the Kirkland brand and in the end the carb count on the label turned out to be inaccurate.
Also, those bars and al the other bars on the market were full of ingredients like soluble corn fiber, isomalto-oligosaccharides, etc.

I knew I could do better and started making my own at home.

Eating these bars on my diet, I lost 50 pounds steadily over the course of a year, and now after the pandemic I look like a totally different person.
​
I ate a lot of these bars.
